A 616 m² turnkey villa in Santa Ponsa — single-family, palm-lined pool terrace, all-in delivery from plot to keys.
Single plot in Santa Ponsa with a clear south-facing exposure, taken plot-to-keys under one contract. Architecture, engineering, structure, finishes, landscape, and pool delivered as a single package.
The brief asked for a calm, framed envelope: deep overhangs, white lime render, full-height living-room glazing onto the pool. Materials are deliberately quiet so the pool, the palms, and the long evening light do the work.
